Ashlen holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Faulkner University and is currently a candidate for a Master of Business Administration, further strengthening her foundation in leadership, strategy, and organizational excellence. With over a decade of experience in legal support, executive administration, and operations management, she brings both structure and creativity to every space she enters.

In 2016, she founded Hey Girl Hey, United!, an online community of over 25,000 women seeking connection, authenticity, and encouragement. Today, as co-founder of Hello Nettles, she continues that work—creating space for honest conversations that strengthen relationships, restore families, and build stronger communities.
A proud Montgomery, Alabama native, Ashlen values faith, family, and community above all. When she’s not working, she finds joy in life with her husband, Eric, their four children, Cire, Essense, Eric and Kaylen, and their beloved doodles—grounded in the everyday moments that fuel her purpose.
