Girls Becoming Women was founded by Ashlen Nettles from a simple belief: every girl deserves someone who believes in her while she's becoming.

The teenage and young adult years are some of the most impressionable seasons of life. They shape confidence, character, relationships, and the decisions that influence the future. Our mission is to walk alongside girls and young women during these years by providing mentorship, practical life skills, leadership development, and a supportive community.

We'll have honest conversations about confidence, healthy relationships, professionalism, financial literacy, communication, and what it truly means to carry yourself as a lady—with grace, self-respect, kindness, integrity, and purpose. But we won't stop at the conversation. Through hands-on experiences, mentorship, and real-world learning opportunities, we'll equip girls with the practical skills they need for everyday life—from interviewing for their first job and managing money to building healthy relationships and carrying themselves with confidence wherever they go.
